Group forms by project or department
Each workspace has its own members and roles. Move a form to another workspace, or hand a whole workspace over to another organization, which is handy for delivering forms you built for a client. 3 workspaces are included; extra ones are billed by the number active each month.
Separate who builds from who reads
Four roles: viewer, operator, editor, and admin. An operator can build and publish forms and see aggregate numbers, but cannot open individual responses. Each workspace can be switched to let operators see responses. While that switch is off, even organization admins cannot read responses in workspaces they do not belong to.
Responses are deleted when their time is up
Set how long to keep responses, from 1 to 3650 days. You can set it on the form, the workspace, or as the organization default. A form's own setting takes precedence. Expired responses leave the list, and after a 30-day grace period they are deleted along with their attachments. The week before deletion, you get an email with the count. If you set no retention, nothing is deleted by retention.
Always able to show who did what
Invitations, role changes, form moves, retention changes, and more are recorded, and 12 months can be exported as CSV. The number of active workspaces is recorded at the end of each month and shown on the organization page, so the basis for billing stays in your hands.

GETTING STARTED
Start with the account you already have.
The enterprise contract is attached to your existing account. No rebuilding forms, no data migration.
STEP 01
Talk to us
Tell us your company name, how many workspaces and seats you expect, and when you want to start.
STEP 02
Sign
We sign the agreement and the DPA, and you pay by invoice. If a security questionnaire is needed, we answer it at this point.
STEP 03
Start
We attach the enterprise contract to your account. Your existing forms stay as they are. Add workspaces and move forms into them.

Frequently asked questions
How much does it cost?
It is a fixed annual fee, shared when you get in touch. Workspaces beyond the 3 included are billed afterwards, based on how many are active at the end of each month.
Can I keep the account I have?
Yes. The enterprise contract is attached to your current account. Existing form URLs and responses do not change.
Is response data sent to an AI?
FORMLOVA never sends it on its own. It reaches an AI only when a member whose role can read responses asks their own AI client to read it. Operators cannot do that unless the workspace allows it.
What happens to our data if we stop?
While the contract runs you can export everything as CSV / Excel at any time. When it ends, we return or delete the data as you instruct.
