Prompt Example

Goal: Classify open-text survey answers into themes and turn them into improvement items. Fields: Respondent email address, Response body, and Score. Categorize each answer by theme, sentiment, and request type. Rules: Group similar themes together and prioritize low-score and high-frequency themes. Actions: Group responses by theme in the AI client and append theme, summary, representative comment, count within the reviewed scope, and recommended action through Google Sheets MCP.
